- 1990:Rate's founder,Mr.Li Bing went in to the high precision
IC semiconductor mould industry,soon after,he founded
Chengyifeng hardware mould factory,which engaged in design
and manufacture of presicison machine parts mould and
punch mould.
- 2001:Shenzhen Chengyifeng Machinery Electronic Technical
Co.,Ltd.was founded.It engaged in machining of high precision
machine parts, desiging and manufacture of nonstandard
presicion equipment and NCT mould.
- 2005:Shenzhen Rate Precision Mould Factory was founded.It
specialise in R&D and manufacture of NCT mould.We
create the native brand "Rate" whole-heartedly
to make native NC mould more competitive.

The head of Rate had engaged in manufacture of high precision
IC semiconductor mould from 1990.We apply the experience
of high precision machining in to R&D of NCT mould,to
make the native mould can use instead of import mould. We
researched special mould steel(directed towards stainless
steel) with Institute of Technology,the mould steel adopt
specially heat-treatment and surface strengthening. It used
in high speed CBN grinding,slowly wire travelling cutting
lower die,so it very much improved a lot of defect of traditional
technical machining,such as bad obdurability of piercing
mandrel cutting edge,low lifetime,and so on.
Rate has gone into mass production,founded semi-finished
products,products,finished goods stock,and networking,and
carry out networking warehousing management.
